AI is changing the entire digital workload.
Product image → Photoshop design → AI video → Motion design → Final ad.
Here’s how I did it:
First, I took the original product image and built the entire visual in Photoshop.
Then I exported the individual layers as PNGs, along with the final composition.
I took the design into Gemini and turned the static image into a video.
Then I brought that video into CapCut and finished the motion design, timing, transitions and other details.
What used to take multiple tools, manual work and a lot more time can now be turned into a complete ad workflow much faster.

I recreated an ElevenLabs ad shot-for-shot using AI. Same script structure, same camera moves, same phone UI interaction, different product, different character, built from scratch.
Here's the part people usually skip when they talk about "using AI" for video:
I didn't type one prompt and get a finished ad. I found a look I wanted on Pinterest, ran it through ChatGPT to turn it into a structured character description, then used Nano Banana 2 to build a full character sheet, so she stayed consistent across every single shot. That consistency problem is the actual hard part of AI video; anyone can generate one great frame.
From there, each scene was generated in Seedance 2.5 through Magnific. The phone UI you see her interacting with? I designed that myself, frame by frame. Motion graphics and text overlays went through After Effects. Sound design and SFX in CapCut. The voice was ElevenLabs v3, also run through Magnific.
Six tools, one continuous pipeline, one consistent character, one final cut.
This is the actual value I bring to clients, not "AI made a video," but knowing how to direct a full production through AI: casting, consistency, UI/UX detail, motion, sound, all held together with intent. That's the difference between content that looks AI-generated and content that just looks good.

From a simple skincare concept to a complete AI UGC ad!!
I wanted to see how far I could take a simple skincare UGC concept using AI.
I started with the character, making sure her face, skin tone, body shape, hair and overall appearance stayed consistent throughout the video.
Then came the fun part building the story scene by scene.
From the opening skincare hook, to walking into the bathroom, cleansing, rinsing, moisturizing, applying eye serum, and finally showing the finished look, every scene had to connect naturally to the next.
Once the visuals were ready, I edited everything together in CapCut, worked on the pacing, added a conversational voiceover, and turned the individual AI generated scenes into one complete UGC style video.
A lot goes into making AI UGC feel believable. It’s not just generating pretty images, it’s the consistency, storytelling, editing and little details that bring the video together.
