SITTER: A Fashion House Painted in 1532 In the 1500s, the rich sat for Bronzino, Bellini and Corneille de Lyon mostly to show off their clothes: slashed sleeves, black silk, gloves and gold chains. Those portraits were, in effect, the first luxury campaigns. I trained a Recraft V4 Style on four Renaissance portraits of unnamed sitters from The Met, the Cleveland Museum of Art and the National Gallery of Art, and built SITTER, a fictional fashion house whose entire campaign is painted as court portraiture. An oxblood leather trench sits for Bellini's blue. A teal suit borrows Bronzino's hand on the hip. Collection 01, with a full identity, posters and a rollout film. Sit for it.

This concept is brilliant! 🔥 Reframing 1500s portraits as the first luxury campaigns is such a smart take. The juxtaposition of Bronzino / Bellini with modern 2027 fashion is so clever - slashed sleeves and gold chains really were the original flex.
SITTER is such a strong name...

Appreciate this a lot! The name came first, actually. Once “SITTER” clicked, the whole house built itself around it.
