A structural redesign of a dense, 1,500-page federal manual. Executed alongside the Carnegie Mellon University Graduate Design Team, this project focused on applying strict information architecture and editorial grid systems to transform complex regulatory data into an accessible, scannable, and human-centered reading experience.
