I recently wrapped this spec project capturing the atmospheric essence of Chile. My primary challenge was "Style Locking"—ensuring that the color grade and lighting remained consistent from the wide-scale landscapes to the intimate macro details of the horse gear.

The goal wasn’t just to generate visuals, but to give each pet a clear identity and story. It starts by interpreting traits like behavior, energy, and instincts, then uses that to shape the character. That’s what keeps everything consistent instead of random.
Workflow:
- Input → pet photo + traits
- Personality → character identity
- Visual → variations
- Output → cinematic scenes + final hero

This hero video looks like a produced shoot. It's fully AI-generated.
Planner app concept we designed at the studio. We wanted the hero to feel light and effortless. People in hero sections work great for that. But clients rarely have good footage, and stock always looks dead.
So we experimented with AI. Generated the image with Nano Banana. Turned it into video with Kling. Zero production budget.
AI visuals are past the "looks AI" phase. Now it's about taste.
