Seniors navigating Medicare shouldn't have to feel overwhelmed just to find the right plan.
That was the core problem Andre Brown at Albemarle Health Solutions brought to me. He runs a licensed Medicare insurance agency dedicated to helping seniors find coverage that actually fits their health needs and financial situation. The guidance he offers is genuinely valuable. But his website wasn't making it easy for the people who needed him most to find, understand, or trust it.
We built something that changed that.
A clean, user-friendly Webflow site designed around one goal: making Medicare feel less complicated. Clear navigation so seniors could find what they needed without confusion. Educational resources that explained options in plain language. Personalized guidance sections that walked visitors through the process step by step. And a simple, frictionless way to book a consultation directly.
The result was more consultation bookings, less user confusion, and a website that finally matched the quality of care Andre was already providing.
That last part is the one I come back to every time. So many independent professionals and agency owners are delivering genuinely excellent work. But their website makes people feel uncertain before they even pick up the phone.
Your website should be doing the opposite. It should make the right person feel confident before they ever reach out.

Yesterday, I decided to audit my own website, Designify, from the perspective of someone visiting it for the first time.
Not as the designer who built it, but as the user who has no context about how it works.
That immediately exposed several small UX gaps.
One of them was in the pricing flow.
The pricing section sits at the bottom of the page. Once a user reached it, there was no obvious way to get back to the top without manually scrolling through the entire page.
The solution was simple:
→ The “Plan” button takes the user directly to pricing.
→ Once there, it transforms into “Back to top.”
→ Clicking it brings the user straight back to the beginning.
Nothing groundbreaking. Just removing unnecessary friction.
This was a good reminder that good UX isn't always about adding more.
Sometimes, it's about noticing the small moments where you're asking the user to do more work than necessary and eliminating them.

The full journey is what builds confidence.
The Head of Marketing at Clerkenwell Health told me their Squarespace site looked like a small clinic. They were doing clinical trials for 50,000+ participants, licensed by the Home Office, but their web presence was costing them credibility before the first call.
Pharma sponsors and CROs Google them before every partnership conversation. The site was creating a bad first impression, making conversations harder than they needed to be.
What they said they needed was a 'website refresh'. What they actually needed was to stop actively losing trust the moment a prospect hit their homepage.
We moved them to Framer, preserved 60 blog articles with full SEO, and built n8n automation for inquiry routing. Zero downtime on launch.
It's not just about a site update. It's about what happens when your external image no longer matches your internal scale. What are the silent costs when that gap gets too wide?
That’s a wise approach. I’m currently exploring the combination of n8n and Framer as well, especially around AI-powered workflows and web design. It’s interesting to see how these tools are coming together.
