Event Hire Operations: stock, packing and returns for event hire businesses. After building an operations tool for an events client, I saw the same gaps in every hire business: stock counts that drift, packing done from memory and returns nobody checks. What we created: a white-label operations platform that each hire business gets under its own brand. What we did: designed live stock tracking, packing lists, returns check-in and a booking flow; reworked a proven client tool into a product any hire business can run; built branded demo portals so an owner sees their own business on screen before they commit.

I’ve been playing with Figma Motion lately, and honestly, it’s so much fun to watch an idea go from a static frame to something that actually moves and feels alive.
So I started with something personal: my favorite track on repeat, “My Way” by Calvin Harris. I designed a soft glass music player around it, with a frosted body, a vinyl peeking out from the top, and a warm sunset glow behind it, then brought it to life with motion.
Small experiments like this are my favorite way to learn new tools: one idea, one evening, and you see what’s possible.
