Discovery call and business analysis.

Research users, identify friction points, and create wireframes(i draft out the sections in Figma).

Present a design system and website prototype (thanks to ai, the process is fast, but i take my time with my thought process, that is the secret to a converting site) .
Day 7:
Launch a user-focused website designed to improve conversions and customer experience.

A clothing brand can have great pieces and still lose momentum if the launch feels random.
My focus is helping apparel brands and manufacturers turn product ideas into stronger campaign direction, sharper storytelling, and clearer presentation across social media, lookbooks, product pages, and launch content.
If a brand has a drop, preorder, restock, or launch coming soon, the direction needs to be clear before traffic hits the page.
Good product starts the conversation.
Strong campaign direction makes people believe in it.
Starting with the core message before touching visuals makes total sense, that's probably why so many launches feel disjointed, brands jump straight to assets. Do you usually get that message from the founder directly or help them articulate it from scratch?
