I'd lean toward version 1 because the larger typography creates a much stronger visual hierarchy and will probably perform better on mobile devices, where thumbnails are viewed at very small sizes.

Concept A's dark cinematic mode feels premium but might read as a little intimidating for a dental site, patients usually want reassurance over drama. Was this tested with actual patient personas or is it more of a portfolio exploration?

Went with the right aligned version. Left aligned text is easier to scan first and the CTA doesn't have to compete with the phone mockup for attention like it does in the centered one.
Here's an SVG Flow I generated inspired by the - New Avatar- Album by Kelela -
I find that the flow looks like moving light captured in motion , glowing with a depth of fluid dimension; Much like the general sound of the album.

Went with the SVG Flow. It actually captures ethereal and aquatic better than the album cover does, the gradient movement reads like light through water in a way a static photo can't.
