One lesson from building Aduana Docs, my public customs workflow demo: extracting fields is only useful when missing files, mismatches, and approvals have a clear owner.
If your team handles PDFs and email by hand, I offer a one-week audit of one document workflow. Using up to 20 anonymized samples, I map manual checks and exceptions, then deliver quality metrics, acceptance criteria, and a scoped automation pilot plan. Fixed price: $450; production integration is scoped separately.
What if every new lead could be handled before you even open your inbox? ⚡
This AI-powered workflow turns a new email inquiry into a structured, ready-to-handle lead — automatically.
A new inquiry arrives → AI extracts the important details → Airtable/CRM is updated → the response goes through optional human approval → a personalized email is sent → Notion is updated → the team gets notified in Slack → performance data is collected for reporting.
The goal isn't to remove people from the process. It's to remove the repetitive work around them.
This type of workflow can be customized for B2B companies, SaaS businesses, agencies, real estate, e-commerce, recruitment, consulting, customer support, healthcare, finance, education, and other service businesses.
Already know what you want to automate? → Send me your current workflow and I’ll map out how we can automate it.
Still doing repetitive work manually? → Tell me the task that consumes your team’s time, and I’ll help identify what can be automated.
I'd use the human approval step to capture corrections, not just a yes/no decision. If a reviewer changes the extracted lead details, does the workflow update Airtable and the reporting record before sending the email?
Working on Calyx, a dashboard for private medical practices. Honing my design workflow is what I have been doing those last weeks, with Claude assistance being absolutely ridiculous in helping me ship deliverables.
Small businesses want to automate repeat invoices without losing control of what gets sent, to whom and when. The risk: automation can quietly send the wrong invoice. The feature had to extend the existing invoice creator and still handle rejections, bounces and edits safely.
I designed a "Make Recurring" flow, a schedule management view and pre-send notifications, plus failure states for Peppol e-invoice rejections, email bounces and forward-only edits. Every failure has a plain-language cause and a clear way back.
What I delivered
4 surfaces: make recurring, schedules, pre-send alerts, safe edits
