Small businesses want to automate repeat invoices without losing control of what gets sent, to whom and when. The risk: automation can quietly send the wrong invoice. The feature had to extend the existing invoice creator and still handle rejections, bounces and edits safely.

I designed a "Make Recurring" flow, a schedule management view and pre-send notifications, plus failure states for Peppol e-invoice rejections, email bounces and forward-only edits. Every failure has a plain-language cause and a clear way back.
