What if an AI assistant could do more than answer questions, and actually help shape a software solution? I'm building BENNY, an AI technical consultant and lead-intake prototype for my studio, Ruben Arevalo AI & Software Studio. In this example, BENNY takes a business requirement and turns it into a structured technical recommendation: frontend, backend/API architecture, AI services, database design, and the reasoning behind each choice. The goal isn't to replace a software engineer's judgment. BENNY is designed to help clients explore ideas, clarify requirements, and understand what a potential system could involve, while still keeping important decisions like final scope, pricing, timelines, and project acceptance under human control.

BENNY is currently in alpha, and I am actively testing, breaking, and improving it as I build toward a more capable agentic system. I'm especially interested in building AI that helps businesses move work forward, not just generate another chat response.
