Designed and developed an end-to-end AI automation workflow using n8n to streamline client communication and CRM operations. The system receives Telegram messages, analyzes client requests with AI, classifies priority levels, stores leads in Google Sheets and Supabase, sends automated email notifications, replies to clients instantly via Telegram, and prepares structured prompts for CRM integration. This workflow reduces manual work, improves response times, and keeps customer data organized in real time.
