Send me a process you're tired of doing by hand, and I'll turn it into a written, build-ready automation blueprint. All communication happens right here on Contra — in the order chat, with updates and drafts you can always look back at.
I build AI automations as production systems: n8n workflows, Telegram/Slack bots, RAG knowledge assistants. Not demos — systems that run on real traffic every day. Live builds you can try right now: https://dvc-shared.dvc-ai.workers.dev/ (Lead Machine, FAQ bot, RAG assistant).
I've also watched plenty of automation projects fail, and the failure is almost never the model. It's automating something that should have been deleted, or building an AI agent where a plain script, a form, or a process change would do the job cheaper — and never hallucinate. So this service is as much about what NOT to build.

THE FULL CIRCLE — start where you are, stop where you want

You choose your entry point — we take you as far as you want to go:
• Stage 1 — Automation Plan · $300 / 1 day — full plan document (PDF, 3–5 pages)
• Stage 2 — Plan + Bot Spec · $500 / 2 days — plan + build-ready spec for any developer
• Stage 3 — Build & Deploy · from $250 — I build the automation from the spec on your infrastructure (scope-dependent; also available as separate production services on my profile)
• Stage 4 — Ongoing support & optimization — from $700 / month - renewed by mutual agreement — monitoring, fixes, and improvements on your live automations. Scope agreed individually
Stages 1–2 produce documents that stand on their own; Stage 3 produces a working system. Skip stages if you already know what you need — start at Stage 2/3 directly.

STAGE 1 — Automation Plan ($300)

You get a full plan document (PDF, 3–5 pages):
• AS-IS breakdown of one process: how it works today, what gets lost, where errors pile up
• Up to 7 automation points — AI text/document handling, spreadsheet/CRM integration, automatic notifications, template emails, manager summaries
• An effect estimate for each point: time saved, errors avoided, what's needed to launch
• Prioritization: what to build first, what later, what not to touch at all
• Tooling list with estimated monthly running costs (AI services, APIs)
• 1 revision round, up to 5 comments Acceptance criteria: the plan contains the current-process breakdown, 5–7 automation points, and an expected effect for every point.

STAGE 2 — Plan + Full Bot Spec ($500)

Everything in Stage 1, plus a build-ready technical spec for the chosen automation point (PDF/DOCX, up to 6 pages) — hand it to any developer or agency and get exactly what you intended:
• Goal, step-by-step workflow, inputs and outputs
• Up to 15 functional requirements as a closed list — what the bot/automation does and what it must NOT do
• Integration points: spreadsheet, CRM, email, web form or messenger bot (one channel of your choice)
• Limitations and risks: what automation does not solve, where a human check is needed
• Acceptance criteria you can verify the developer against
• 1 revision round, up to 10 comments Timeline: 2 days total (plan on day 1, spec on day 2).

STAGE 3 — Build & Deploy (from $250)

You can order the build from us:
• The automation implemented in n8n — your instance (cloud or self-hosted; we help you set one up if you don't have it)
• The intake channel from your spec wired up and tested
• Data routing to your tools: spreadsheet, CRM, email, notifications
• Testing on real scenarios from your process — not synthetic data
• Error handling: failures trigger alerts instead of silent data loss
• Documentation + a walkthrough so you can edit the workflow without a developer
Price depends on the scope in your spec — that's why it starts at $250: a simple deployment of a standard workflow is at the bottom of the range, a custom multi-step build is higher. We agree the exact price and timeline BEFORE any work starts, in the Contra chat. Credentials and infrastructure always stay on your side.

STAGE 4 — Ongoing Support & Optimization (from $700 / month)

After your automation is live, it needs someone to keep it running. The monthly plan includes up to 10 hours of work on one platform (n8n workflow, Telegram/Slack bot or RAG assistant). You keep a running backlog in the order chat and set the order; I work through it top down and tell you when hours are close to used up. More hours can be agreed individually. Emergency fixes count toward the monthly 10 hours. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. If the cause is an outage at a third-party service, I report the status in the order chat and agree the next steps there. Each month includes: • Monitoring of live automations: workflows run, alerts fire, integrations stay connected • Fixes when something breaks (API changes, expired keys, changed fields in your sheets or CRM) • Improvements from your backlog • A short written walkthrough of each change, so your team knows what changed • A monthly status report: what ran, what failed, what was fixed Not included: API, hosting and software costs (you pay them directly). New systems or new platforms are separate projects. Work beyond the agreed hours is quoted in the order chat before it starts. Urgent issue = a live automation has stopped and clients or leads are affected. First reply within 24 hours on working days; fix or workaround within 3 working days. Communication in the order chat. From $700 per month. The term is not fixed: renewal is by mutual agreement. What I need from you: access to the workflows, accounts and sheets involved.

Who this is for

• Founders and operators with a manual process running real volume • Teams with an automation that works in a demo and misbehaves in production • Anyone who has been quoted for an AI build and wants a second opinion before signing

Who it isn't for

• If you want someone to validate a plan you've already committed to — I'll tell you what I actually think, not what you want to hear.
