COSTA is an AI-powered deep research tool. The problem wasn't functional, the product worked. The problem was identity. Every AI product on the market looks the same: gradients, geometric sans-serifs, glowing orbs on dark backgrounds. Clean. Frictionless. Forgettable.

What I wanted to build was the opposite. A brand that felt like it came from somewhere, like it had been researching longer than computers have existed. The tension was real: how do you make a machine feel ancient without making it feel slow?

Most AI dashboards look like they were built for engineers who already understand everything.

Botrix was built for the person responsible for everything and who needs to see it all in one place.

12 automations running. 8 apps connected. 2 active servers. 98% success rate. Four numbers. Full operational picture. No clicking around.

So I designed the Botrix AI Command Center to feel less like a monitoring tool and more like a control room that actually respects your time.

A soft warm canvas with orange and blue agent activity lines that make peak performance visible at a glance. The +24.11% agent execution spike isn't buried in a report; it surfaces as a live tooltip right on the chart at the moment it matters. The server status panel shows Singapore running at 42% CPU, 68% RAM, and 124GB bandwidth with Restart, SSH, and Scale actions one click away. The New York backup node shows Stopped in red, immediately, with no digging required.

The Live Activity Feed filters by All, Success, Failed, and Paused so nothing hides behind a green average. The connected tools panel shows OpenAI active and Stripe ready to toggle the entire integration layer visible without opening a settings page.

The goal was clear:

See everything. Act immediately. Trust the system.

Because when AI agents are running your business, the dashboard can't afford to be the bottleneck.

You've built the email. Layout is done. Copy is approved. Then someone notices the product image background clashes with the design. Now you're opening Photoshop. Re-exporting. Re-uploading. Waiting for the designer if it's not your strength. All for a fix that should take 30 seconds. Stripo just added AI image editing directly inside the editor. You select an image in your layout, describe what needs to change in a short text prompt, and the image updates in place. No tool switching. No re-uploading. A few things it handles well: • Background removal Product photo has a messy background. Select "remove background" from the preset options and get a clean cutout you can place on any color. • Banner color adjustments Campaign palette changed last minute. Update the banner's dominant colors without redesigning it from scratch. • Text translation in images Sending to multiple regions. Change the text language inside the image directly, no need to create separate versions in a design tool. The key thing for freelancers: these fixes usually happen at the worst possible moment. The email is done, the deadline is close, and one visual detail is off. Being able to handle it without leaving the editor or pinging a designer saves the send. It works best for quick, single-step changes. Not a replacement for full design work, but for last-minute production fixes it removes a real bottleneck.
