Actions: Reviewed existing workflows, identified gaps and redundancies, clarified ownership and handoffs, standardized documentation, and developed procedures, manager resources, and supporting tools for repeatable execution.
Results: Created a more structured and consistent employee lifecycle process with clearer responsibilities, centralized resources, stronger documentation, and improved operational continuity.

Users starting compliance onboarding had no idea what documents they'd need until they hit upload screens and got stuck.
This created drop-off before users even started the actual onboarding process.
We designed welcome screens that set clear expectations upfront about what documents users will need before they begin. The screens show a complete list of required documents with brief explanations of what each one is, giving users time to gather everything before starting.
The design challenge was presenting this information without overwhelming users or making the onboarding feel complicated before they even begin. We used progressive disclosure and visual hierarchy to make the list feel manageable.

Built an interactive dashboard to display weekly work hours per employee using grouped views and dynamic filters. Enabled week-by-week tracking with a clear breakdown of approved vs. pending timesheets. Configured status workflows for HR/admin approvals. Implemented sum calculations and grouped logic to visualize total hours at a glance. Applied user-based field grouping for fast reviews and clean summaries per employee. Ensured data accuracy and visibility using conditional formatting and hidden fields.
