PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I built an AI-powered luxury beauty campaign workflow for KIKO Milano inside Melius.
The system transforms a simple set of inputs a model, clothing pieces, and a cosmetic product into a complete beauty campaign ecosystem including:
editorial beauty visuals
cinematic product motion
luxury carousel ads
UGC creator content
storyboard-driven commercials
The workflow automatically adapts lighting, environments, styling, reflections, and campaign mood based on the uploaded product while maintaining campaign consistency across the entire pipeline.
PROCESS
I first generated a consistent fashion-beauty model using uploaded clothing and model references. From there, I built modular campaign sections for editorial beauty ads, carousel campaigns, cinematic product motion, UGC creator marketing, and Seedance storyboard workflows for commercial generation.
FEEDBACK ON MELIUS
Melius made it easy to visually organize complex creative systems in a way that felt much closer to real creative direction than traditional prompting workflows. The node-based canvas helped me build a connected luxury campaign ecosystem instead of isolated outputs.

In the year 8080, a young man lives in a perfect futuristic world filled with neon towers, holograms, and advanced technology. Yet behind all that progress, his life feels empty and repetitive. One night, a holographic advertisement appears in his apartment: “Melius Time Machine — Choose Any Era.” Curiosity pulls him out of his boredom, and he decides to visit the mysterious time machine facility.
At the Melius Time Machine facility, he discovers a realistic elevator-shaped time machine made of glass, metal, blue light rings, and advanced control panels. Inside the elevator, he sees multiple era options: past decades, future destinations, the Dinosaur Era, and Mars Colony. After a moment of hesitation, he presses “Dinosaur Era.” The machine activates, energy builds, and his first journey through time begins.
The elevator doors open into a vast prehistoric world filled with giant forests, waterfalls, flying pterosaurs, and dinosaurs moving across the valley. He is amazed at first, but wonder quickly turns into fear when a predator appears and roars in the distance. He rushes back into the elevator and chooses a new destination: Mars Colony. In an instant, the machine jumps forward again, opening onto a red-orange Martian landscape filled with domes, towers, rovers, drifting dust, and Earth visible in the sky. What began as boredom becomes a journey of awe, fear, and inspiration.

Project Description:
"Still Water" - an animated short film and original music about a boy who throws a stone at his own smiling reflection, then sinks willingly into the water to chase the version of himself he wishes he could be. The twist: the "lake" was his tears on a kitchen table the whole time.
Process Steps:
Concept & Music First. I started by asking: What kind of animated film do I wish existed? I landed on self-acceptance, something that feels like Song of the Sea meets a music video. I wrote the song concept first, inspired by Aurora's "Runaway" and Ariana Grande's "Past Life," then generated the track on MELIUS to see if the vibe would land. It did.
Visual Style Development. I built the visual identity using GPT Image 2, generating character reference sheets and environment concepts.
Storyboard Generation. I mostly generated 8-panel storyboard shots in GPT Image 2, attaching the character and environment references to every generation for consistency. Each panel is a keyframe for the animation.
Animation with Seedance 2.0. I fed each storyboard panel into Seedance as a reference image, with detailed motion prompts describing body language, camera movement, ambient life, and lighting.
The workflow touched multiple node types: text generation for concept and lyrics, GPT Image 2 for storyboards and reference sheets, Seedance 2.0 for animation, and ElevenLabs for the original song.
Feedback on Melius:
The agent was genuinely useful for refining ideas I would sometimes describe a rough concept and it would help me structure it, catch inconsistencies, and suggest improvements. The multi-node workflow (text → image → video) made the pipeline feel connected rather than fragmented.
One thing I would love to see: A "Question Mode" toggle, where I can ask the agent something without it making changes to my project. Sometimes I just wanted advice or a second opinion, not an edit. A simple toggle between "Plan/Ask" and "Execute" would make the creative back-and-forth feel more natural.
Overall, it was fun. Building a complete animated short with original music in a few days, using Melius agent as a creative partner rather than a replacement, felt like a glimpse of where filmmaking is going.
