KEYS Real Estate | Brand Architecture & Offline UX
(Solo Project)
The Context: A Zero-Brief Environment The client arrived with a basic, literal name ("KEYS") and a simple request: "Make it look good." There was no strict brief or strategic direction. To prevent the brand from falling into generic real estate clichés (like standard roofs or golden keys), I took full ownership of the strategy, transforming a vague request into a smart, conceptual identity.
The Concept: Engineering Warmth I designed a visual hybrid: a key shape forged from a 3D room (a cube). The core idea hides in the white space. It’s not just a geometric cut-out — it represents a lit room. A dark concrete box is just a box, but when the light is on, it means someone is home. This was my way of independently injecting life and coziness into a strict, minimalist shape.
Offline UX: The Frictionless Business Card I didn't just design a piece of paper; I built a physical interface. Visually, the card mimics a door where the logo acts as the handle.
Functionally, I wanted to eliminate user friction entirely. Instead of cluttering the surface with tiny text and forcing people to type phone numbers, I stripped it down. The back features a massive QR code linking directly to a digital contact hub. One quick scan, zero effort. A tech-forward, logical approach delivered from a completely blank slate.
