What happens when a product shoot stops playing by the usual rules?
For this set, I wanted something with more attitude than a standard catalog image. I brought in playing cards, experimented with unusual angles, and used dynamic lighting to build a darker, more cinematic mood.
The props aren't there just to fill the frame they help create a story around the product and give the whole image a little mystery.
For me, the fun part of product photography is finding that balance between making the product clear.
