I’m still a bit shaken, honestly.
Had a call today with an agency I really love working with. They’re early-stage, but sharp, fast, and very intentional about how they build.
At some point in the conversation they said they want to scale the work with us. Not just “more projects” — but potentially drop other contractors and work only with our team.
That moment when you realize someone is ready to fully trust you with their work, their clients, their reputation — it hits hard.
After the call I just sat there in silence for a while. Every time this happens, it reminds me why I do this at all.
