Interactive 3D + Augmented Reality for Product Visualization
What if customers could explore a product in 3D and visualize it at real scale in their own space before buying?
I developed this interactive product visualization experience to demonstrate how 3D and Augmented Reality can transform the way products are presented online.
The experience allows users to:
🔄 Explore the product in 360° 🔍 Zoom in to inspect details 📱 View the product at real scale using Augmented Reality 🏠 Move and rotate it within their own environment
The 3D model is optimized for web and mobile devices, allowing the experience to run directly in the browser without requiring an app installation.
Workflow
• 3D Modeling — Created a photorealistic 3D representation of the product.
• Web Optimization — Prepared the model for efficient loading and interactive viewing.
• Interactive 3D Viewer — Enabled users to rotate, zoom and explore the product from any angle.
• Augmented Reality — Integrated AR so users can place the product at real scale in their environment.
• Web Integration — Designed the experience to work across desktop and mobile devices.
The experience can be integrated into an e-commerce website or shared independently through a link or QR code, making it useful for online stores, catalogs, sales presentations, trade shows and social media.
This is particularly valuable for products where size, proportions, design or appearance can influence the purchase decision—from furniture and decoration to industrial equipment and other high-value products.
The goal isn't simply to show a product. It's to let customers experience it before they buy it.
