Behind it sits a rules engine I wrote.
42 rules, 32 of them are warnings.
It doesn't rate individual tools, instead it judges combinations.
Because that's where the expensive mistakes usually happen, and every verdict ends with what I'd pick and why.
Two of the 24 tiles are jokes (Pure Magic and Unlimited Wishes) to make it more fun.
And the whole point?
A skills list asks you to trust me.
