3 tools I use for video editing
I don’t use the same tool for every project. The type of video, editing style, and turnaround time usually determine which tool I reach for.
Premiere Pro, for the main edit, audio, color, and storytelling.
After Effects, when the project needs motion graphics, animations, or visual effects.
CapCut for quick social media edits, captions, and short-form content.
Using the right tool for the right part of the workflow helps me edit faster without compromising quality.

CapCut for the quick social edits and Premiere for the full storytelling pass is basically my own split too. Where does After Effects earn its keep for you though, mostly client requests for motion graphics, or do you reach for it on your own even when Premiere alone would technically get the job done?
