HR Analytics Dashboard

About the project

This interactive HR Analytics Dashboard was developed in Microsoft Power BI to analyse workforce performance and employee trends. The dashboard provides insights into employee headcount, attrition rate, department-wise performance, salary distribution, gender diversity, age demographics, and recruitment metrics through dynamic visualisations and interactive filters. Data was cleaned and transformed using Power Query, while DAX measures were used to calculate key HR KPIs. This project demonstrates my ability to convert raw HR data into meaningful business insights that support strategic workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.

Hey everyone,

For the Envato Hackathon: Human by Design, I created a brand exploration for one of the most anticipated events for cricket fans, the Cricket World Cup 2027.

My process usually starts with the defining story first. I collect references, get a clear picture of the mood I'm going for, and then figure out how to actually bring it to life using stock assets, design tools, and AI as my execution partner. For this one, I wanted the whole thing to feel vibrant, dynamic, and bold, basically a visual system that captures the energy of the game.

I'll be adding a walkthrough video in comments showing how I arrived at certain creative decisions, and how @envato assets & AI tools helped shape the final look and feel.

Employee Workforce Analytics Dashboard | Power BI Designed and developed an interactive Employee Workforce Analytics Dashboard in Power BI to help HR and management teams monitor workforce performance, employee distribution, payroll costs, and operational metrics. The dashboard provides comprehensive insights into employee demographics, department allocation, overtime hours, salary expenses, leave tracking, and geographical workforce distribution. Users can dynamically filter data by department, gender, employee name, country, and operational center, enabling data-driven workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
