End-to-end Odoo ERP implementation for CarniStore, a premium meat e-commerce business in the UAE. Connected their Shopify storefront with Odoo so orders, customers, products and inventory sync automatically in real time. Configured POS for in-store sales, full accounting with UAE 5% VAT, payment processing via Stripe, and multi-location inventory management. Before this setup, online orders and in-store sales were tracked separately now everything flows into one system with accurate stock levels, automated invoicing, and clean financial reporting across both channels.
