I designed the meeting workspace for Relio, an AI meeting intelligence tool that turns calls into transcripts, action items, and CRM-ready decisions.

It's for sales, partnership, and leadership teams running calls that produce commitments — people who need the follow-ups captured while the call is still happening, not reconstructed from memory an hour later.

Video, live transcript, participants, and AI output all sit on one page, so nothing about the call is behind a tab a user has to remember to check. Action items are attributed and timestamped — "From Harry, 8:20" — which makes each one traceable back to the moment it was said instead of appearing as an anonymous to-do list. When the AI detects a decision, it surfaces as a bar beneath the transcript with an Add to CRM action attached, catching the outcome at the point it's recognised rather than waiting for a post-call summary. And the AI insights panel gives a short written summary with a link to the full version, so someone joining late gets the gist without scrolling the whole conversation.
