Crumb is a concept brand identity and packaging system for an artisan bakery in Poznań that has always baked at the level of the best bakeries in Paris — but never looked like it. The challenge was to close that gap: to create a visual identity as considered and craft-driven as the sourdough itself, and a packaging system that makes every bag, box, and label feel like part of the same unhurried, intentional world.

The result is a brand built on restraint, warmth, and the quiet confidence of something made properly — because great bread deserves to be seen.
