This project is based on Tanzania's 2022 TDHS-MIS report and focuses on skilled birth attendance.
Rather than simply visualizing the data, I explored disparities in services utilization across region, interpreted findings, and translated them into evidence-based recommendations that can support better maternal health decisions.
For me, the goal of health data analytics is not just to answer "What happened?" but also "Why did it happen", "Who is being left behind?" and "What should be done next?"
That's where data becomes health intelligence

Not everything needs to be made simple.
Some things just need to make sense.
That was my approach here.
The topic was complex,
AI-powered HR analytics.
The challenge was clear,
make complexity easy to follow.
Without losing credibility.
Without over-simplifying the message.
So I chose:
Editorial design.
Clear hierarchy.
Intentional spacing.
Easy visual flow.
The goal?
Don't remove the essence of the topic's complexity.
Remove the confusion.
That's exactly where it resonated with client's vision.

Been diving deep into SQL these past few days and wanted to share what I've learned so far 📊
Here's what I covered:
✅ WHERE – Filtering data based on specific conditions
✅ Operators – Comparison & logical operators (=, >, <, AND, OR, etc.)
✅ BETWEEN – Filtering values within a specific range
✅ ORDER BY – Sorting query results (ASC/DESC)
✅ LIMIT – Controlling the number of rows returned
✅ GROUP BY – Grouping records for summarized analysis
✅ Aggregate Functions – COUNT, SUM, AVG, MAX, MIN
SQL is such a powerful tool for working with data, and understanding these fundamentals has really helped me see how databases can be queried efficiently to extract meaningful insights.
Excited to keep learning and move on to JOINs, subqueries, and more advanced concepts next! 💪
