Luna Botanicals — Phase 3: Team Coordination
Built on a duplicate of Phase 2. This phase adds Staff, Purchase Orders, Team Tasks, a Leave Tracker, and Customer Feedback & Returns.
It also introduces the system's first native Airtable automations — order confirmation emails, low stock alerts.
At team-of-5 scale, coordination itself becomes the bottleneck. Reorder alerts need to turn into actual purchase orders. Someone needs to track leave. Repetitive tasks are finally worth automating, since there's a team relying on them running consistently.
Existing Batch Records and the reporting dashboard are extended here, not duplicated.
