A client shouldn’t have to learn Webflow just to publish their next case study.
On a recent build, I spent a lot of time on the CMS: setting up reusable blocks and the logic that lets the team update content without rebuilding pages.
The tricky part is deciding how much control to give them. Too little, and every update becomes a request. Too much, and they’re suddenly responsible for the layout.
I want them to open the CMS, know what to do, and get on with their day. There’s a fair amount of work behind making that feel simple.
The CMS thinking here is spot on: the best handoff is the one that gives a client confidence without exposing all the complexity underneath.

Later this week I’m catching up with a former client who went from Seed to enterprise in 3 years. Could turn into my biggest project so far ✌️
Going from Seed to enterprise in 3 years is a serious journey. What interests me is how much changes operationally as a business scales. More customers, more data, more moving parts, and suddenly visibility becomes just as important as growth itself. Excited to see what comes from that conversation! 🔥
This week I'm working on 👇
- 42 content assets for a long term client
- Adding projects to our portfolio
- Connecting with freelancers and agencies for referral projects (and to become friends 🤭)
- Finishing up a launch content project
- Doing a trial video editing project
- Working on my second business with my team + hopefully getting my Business Number so I can do more bureaucracy 🫠
These are some important taks among the hundreds I usually end up doing during the week! I've found that working from Spain again has helped my productivity so much 💪
