Managing residential rentals is often a fragmented process involving multiple apps for payments, maintenance, and communication. The goal was to create a unified, high-trust mobile experience that simplifies the "Rent, Manage, and Love" lifecycle for tenants and investors alike. Streamlined Financial UX: Designed a clear, high-priority "Upcoming Payment" module that allows users to see their balance ($1,385.20) and "Make a Transfer" with a single tap.
