Some days I wonder if I'm qualified to do this.
I'm not from a publishing family. I didn't study journalism, although I have been writing professionally since 2019. I've never run a magazine before, but I have written for several.
But then I remember:
Nobody is born knowing how to build a magazine. You learn by building.
And the "qualification" that matters most? I deeply understand what's missing. I feel the gap that needs filling.
To every founder battling imposter syndrome: Your lived experience IS your qualification.
