This video shows the supervisor side of the Housekeeping & Inspection Reporting platform I built for the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP), a Government of Punjab organization.
Supervisors review each staff inspection, including the checklist, photos and videos. They then approve it, or reject it with a reason so the staff member knows what to fix. A Live Activity dashboard shows the status of every room in the resort and updates every 30 seconds. The Reports section exports date-filtered PDF reports for management.
Key features: approval workflow, media review, live room-by-room dashboard, pass-rate stats, and PDF reporting.
