Can we please make it possible to send a simple link to clients where they can directly leave a review or testimonial.
This would make collecting feedback much more seamless and help us showcase client experiences more easily.
Right now, gathering reviews feels so hard, when the clients can't find the email and I am not sure if they were even sent.
Would love to know if this is something you’re considering!
This is a huge pain point. One quick fix is setting up a post-purchase automation that triggers a direct link to your review page exactly when their excitement is highest. It takes the guesswork out of whether the email was sent or lost. Would love to see this feature natively integrated, too!
