I built a lead generation system in n8n that finds and verifies thousands of business emails in seconds.
Here's the full flow:
It scrapes every agency in any city you target. Extracts their website URLs. Filters out any fake or dead sites. Scrapes each website individually to pull the email. Verifies the email actually exists. Then logs everything into a clean Google Sheets database ready for cold outreach.
One click. Thousands of verified leads. Zero manual work.
I made a full step by step video showing exactly how I built this and I'm giving away the entire blueprint for free.

This workflow isn't limited to agencies. It can be adapted for real estate, law firms, accounting firms, e-commerce brands, and almost any niche with a public web presence.
I've already had a few people ask for the workflow. If you'd like the blueprint or want to see how it works for your industry, let me know in the comments or send me a DM.
Exactly, that verification step is what keeps the workflow practical for cold outreach.
The verification stage is modular, so it can be connected to whichever email verification service fits the client's stack and budget. The goal is to validate addresses before they ever reach...
n8n is absolute gold for orchestrating lead pipelines like this! Connecting Gmail parsing with LLM qualification saves teams dozens of hours weekly. As someone who builds custom agentic lead automation workflows, seeing clean visual architectures like this is super satisfying. Top-tier build, Talha!.
Another late night. Building a quant trading system an agentic model where different AI agents handle research, testing and risk, and none of them is allowed to place a trade on its own.
The hardest part so far? Being honest when the results say "not yet." Most strategies I've tested failed once real costs were included. That's exactly what testing is for.
Keeping The Psychology of Money and The Diary of a CEO close while I figure it out. What are you reading these days?
Curious how you’ve separated the agents from execution. When you say none can place a trade on its own, is that enforced through a separate execution service with fixed risk checks, human approval or both? I’d love to understand where the agent's decision-making ends and the hard rules take over.
