Designed and developed a conversion-focused Framer website for Apex Roofing Co., a family-owned roofing company serving residential and commercial customers.
The goal was to create a website that immediately builds trust while making it exceptionally easy for homeowners and property owners to request a roof inspection or free estimate. The experience positions Apex around transparency, dependable workmanship, clear pricing, and a no-pressure customer experience.
The homepage leads with a strong value proposition around protecting the customer's roof, supported by prominent Get Your Estimate, Inspect My Roof, and Book Your Roof Inspection calls to action. A quick-estimate form also captures essential project information such as property type and the type of roofing assistance required, creating a direct lead-generation pathway.
A major focus was addressing the concerns that often make homeowners hesitant to contact roofing contractors. The website directly tackles issues such as surprise pricing, unnecessary replacements, unreliable contractors, and poor communication. Instead, the messaging emphasizes honest assessments, no-pressure estimates, itemized quotes, professional cleanup, and clear communication throughout the project.
The service architecture gives visitors straightforward paths into residential roofing, commercial roofing, storm damage and insurance claims, and roof repairs and leak fixes. Each service is framed around a specific customer problem, making it easier for visitors to understand which solution applies to their situation.
The website also uses a clear four-step customer journey: booking a free inspection, completing the roofing work and cleanup, receiving a transparent itemized quote, and getting an honest assessment from an actual roofing professional. This helps remove uncertainty and gives potential customers a better understanding of what happens after they make contact.
Trust and social proof are particularly prominent throughout the experience. The website highlights more than 1,200 homeowners and business owners, customer testimonials, licensed and insured status, workmanship guarantees, and the company's family-owned positioning. These elements are strategically integrated to reinforce credibility before visitors reach the enquiry stage.
The Before & After and project imagery sections provide visual proof of the company's work, while the About section introduces the founders and reinforces the company's local, family-run identity. This gives the brand a more personal feel than a typical contractor website.
From a UI/UX perspective, the website combines bold typography, large-scale roofing photography, concise messaging, strong contrast, structured service cards, testimonials, quote forms, and repeated calls to action. The result is a responsive Framer experience designed to move visitors naturally from problem awareness → trust → service discovery → proof → free inspection or estimate.
