Built an AI-based Worker Activity Monitoring System for industrial environments using CCTV cameras. The solution was designed to help factories improve visibility, discipline, and operational efficiency without relying only on manual supervision.
The system detects worker absence from designated workstations, group/socializing activity, and mobile phone usage during shift hours. I developed the core computer vision pipeline using object detection, ROI-based monitoring, proximity logic, and event-based tracking so the output is useful in real factory conditions.

This project explores the idea that AI doesn’t change your life — it removes distractions and brings clarity.
Using CapCut Video Studio, I created a cinematic transformation from a cluttered, unfocused workspace into a clean, optimized environment. The goal was to keep the concept simple and visually clear, focusing on one transformation rather than multiple scenes.
I used AI to generate the base visuals and then refined the pacing, transitions, and structure manually to create a more intentional and premium feel.
Effects and UI elements were kept minimal to ensure the transformation feels realistic and not overproduced.
