Overview
LUXORA Milano is a high-end luxury fashion e-commerce platform built on Shopify, specializing in Italian designer handbags, accessories, and apparel. The project involved designing and implementing a complete brand-new storefront from concept to launch, including custom theme development, checkout optimization, and integrated analytics dashboard.
LUXORA Milano had an existing Shopify store built on a generic template, but it failed to communicate the premium positioning of their product line. Key issues:
