For the #GiveItAGlow challenge by @Base44, I designed and built a website for Bruhathi Vihaan, an event planning company that previously relied on Instagram and word-of-mouth to showcase its work and attract new clients.
✨ What I built:
• A modern, mobile-first website built from scratch
• A refined brand experience that reflects the creativity and professionalism of the company
• An engaging portfolio to showcase past events
• Smart inquiry automation to capture and manage leads more efficiently
The goal wasn't just to create a beautiful website. It was to give the business a professional online presence where potential clients can discover their work, build trust, and connect with them effortlessly.

THE BEFORE: Indoor Club has run 5 red clay courts in Torino since 1991. The kind of place where coaches know every kid by name. But online? A website built years ago and abandoned — no booking, no mobile experience, no story. In 2026 an outdated website doesn't just look bad: it actively sends players to clubs that answer faster. Meanwhile, every booking ran through the phone. During opening hours. If someone picked up.
THE AFTER: I rebuilt their entire digital presence on @Base44 — a website ++ booking platform designed like real club software, not a template. Dark editorial UI, Big Shoulders + Geist Mono, one acid-yellow accent, and a live court timeline as the heart of the product: open it, and in 3 seconds you know what's free right now. Desktop is a full dashboard; iPhone is recomposed with bottom tabs and sheets — not a shrunk desktop.
THE AUTOMATION:
Real-time reservations: guests book in 3 taps with name, surname, phone — no account — and get an instant booking code
"Save my details" turns guests into members: auto-login on return, 2-tap rebooking
Waitlist: tap a busy slot → get notified when it frees
Members layer: trainings, open matches to join, staff console for courts and lessons
A 35-year-old club now runs bookings the way it runs its courts: precisely, and without wasted motion. Every booking in the app is a phone call they never answer.

My two favourite website section, made in @Base44
🌿 WoodCrafts — from scattered inquiries to a unified lead system
WoodCrafts is a family-owned workshop building raised garden beds, pergolas, garden sheds, and fences for homeowners.
The problem.
The business ran almost entirely on Facebook. Inquiries came through comments, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and phone calls, with no single place to track leads. Customers had no way to browse past projects, estimate pricing, or get quick answers — every question went straight to the owner, including the same pricing question asked repeatedly.
The solution.
I designed the experience in Figma and built a fully responsive, live website with Base44, including:
✔️ A project portfolio replacing scattered Facebook posts, showing real completed work
✔️ A pricing calculator that instantly estimates cost for standard raised garden beds by dimensions and materials
✔️ An AI assistant trained on real customer questions about materials, durability, delivery, and custom orders, which hands off to direct contact when a question needs a personal consultation
✔️ A consultation request form for custom projects
The automation.
Consultation requests submitted on the site are automatically delivered to Telegram with full customer and project details — replacing manual tracking across five separate channels with one organized stream of leads.
Why it matters.
This is a real, operating business with a real bottleneck: too many channels, too much repeated manual work. The new system gives the owner a single place to receive and act on leads, and gives customers a faster way to get the information they need before reaching out.
Built with Figma and Base44, designed and shipped as a live product for a real client.
