Inbox Zero & Calendar Management for US E-commerce Founder
Managed daily operations for a busy 7-figure DTC founder who was overwhelmed with emails and double-booked meetings.
I built a complete Inbox Zero system in Gmail using filters, labels, and canned responses. Organized calendar in EST with color-coding, buffer time, and daily agenda emails to prevent timezone confusion between PKT and US.
Also created SOPs in Notion and managed tasks in Trello/Slack to keep everything documented.
Results: Inbox from 200+ unread to Zero daily, 0 missed meetings, support response time from 12 hours to under 2 hours. Saved founder 15+ hours per week.
