RedCloud is a global B2B marketplace and fintech infrastructure platform connecting brands, distributors, and retailers across emerging markets. The platform unifies trade, payments, inventory, and supply chain operations into one connected commerce ecosystem — built for FMCG brands, wholesalers, and retailers operating across global supply networks.
I led end-to-end product design for RedCloud across web and mobile — designing complex multi-role product experiences: marketplace dashboards for brands and distributors, retailer ordering flows, payment and wallet systems, inventory management, transaction tracking, and admin platforms. Built a unified design system that scales across roles, geographies, and currencies.
Focused on translating fragmented B2B trade workflows into clean, structured product surfaces — clear navigation, decision-ready dashboards, and seamless transitions between marketplace, payments, and operations. Designed for distributors managing thousands of SKUs, brands tracking real-time sales across markets, and retailers ordering on mobile across emerging economies.
