Where would you look for the cancellation confirmation?

I’ve just published Provly, an independent app concept exploring that situation. It keeps the cancellation record and supporting evidence together, so the user can refer back to what happened when a later charge appears.

One detail in the design: the saved record stays intact while the user chooses what evidence to include in a dispute pack.
