What this project is all about:
I wanted to write a welcome email that actually feels like it’s coming from a human, not a corporate robot. This sample is for a cozy apparel brand called Comfort Clothing. The goal was simple: welcome new subscribers into the family, introduce what the brand stands for, and give them a little extra motivation to make their first purchase using a 15% discount code.
​What I wanted to achieve with it:
​Keep it conversational: I avoided stiff corporate talk and went for a warm, welcoming vibe that connects with people instantly.
​Create a little urgency: By giving the 15% discount a friendly 48-hour heads-up, it encourages customers to check out the store right away without feeling pushy.
​Make the important things pop: I used clear spacing and strategic highlights so the discount code and the deadline are impossible to miss.
