9 months on Contra and still no project π

Great list. I'd add a simple handoff guide for the client, so they can keep the site updated after launch without coming back for every small change.

Concept 2 for me too, it reads well at small sizes. On clients: waiting for inbound on a new profile is slow, so add some direct outreach. Pick one type of business you want to design for, find ten that clearly need a logo or brand refresh, and send each a short message with one...
