Most local service websites have one thing in common—they're built to inform, not to convert.
For this plumbing service landing page concept, I explored how thoughtful UI/UX design can help a local business build trust, communicate urgency, and generate more qualified leads.
Instead of relying on outdated layouts, I focused on creating an experience that feels modern, approachable, and conversion-driven.
Some of the key design decisions:
↳ A bold hero section with a memorable brand mascot to create instant brand recognition
↳ A clear visual hierarchy that highlights emergency plumbing services and guides users toward taking action
↳ Custom illustrations that make services easier to understand at a glance
Trust-building elements including customer reviews, ratings, and business statistics to increase credibility
↳ An FAQ section to answer common concerns before they become barriers
Multiple conversion-focused CTAs and a simple contact form to encourage faster inquiries
↳A responsive, mobile-first layout designed for users who need help quickly
Great design isn't just about making a website look better—it's about making it easier for people to find the right service and take action with confidence.
