Booking a fitting shouldn’t take more messages than the alteration itself.
Meet Tivora Atelier, a fictional clothing alterations studio in Bucharest. The problem: a solo owner spends too much time asking every customer the same questions and coordinating appointments by hand.
I designed and built a booking experience in @Lovable that takes a customer from “Can I book?” to a confirmed fitting. They share garment details, choose an available time and receive a confirmation email. They can add the fitting to their calendar or use a private link to manage it later.
On the other side, the owner has one view for appointments, garment notes and availability.
This is an exploratory demo, not a real booking service. The video walks through the customer and owner experiences in under a minute.

Really clean idea. How did you handle availability and double-bookings on the owner's side? Curious how Lovable handled that logic.
Anca's avatar
Thanks! The owner can set working hours and block time from the dashboard. Lovable helped build the booking flow around those controls. It’s still a demo, so preventing simultaneous bookings is something I’d verify at the database level before using it with real customers.

Thanks for the clear answer! I appreciate the honesty about the database-level check. That's exactly the kind of detail that matters before going live.

Hi Anca. Hope you are well. Your design is clean and neat. Esp, most of the lovable page width are narrow but yours are not. How do you make this?
Anca's avatar
Thank you, this is a custom design I made in Figma first :)

I notice there's a login required to access the dashboard. How will the Lovable team be able to preview the dash without credentials?
Anca's avatar
It’s in the video, also you can always create an account!

A fictional studio with a real problem is the best way to show a build, and asking customers the same questions over and over is exactly the pain a solo owner feels. The guided garment picker plus the photo prompt for repairs is smart, it cuts the back and forth before the fitting even starts.

smart problem to solve. most booking flows ask too many questions upfront and lose people before they even commit. the fact that you surfaced alteration type and garment count early means the quote can be meaningful instead of just a placeholder. how are you handling cases where someone isn't sure what their garment needs yet?

Gorgeous ....great work

Really strong example of turning a repetitive, manual process into a much clearer self-serve experience. I especially like how the flow handles both sides — the customer gets a clear path from inquiry to confirmation, while the owner gets better visibility without having to...

Looking great! Well done🔥

A solo owner repeating the same questions to every customer is a real problem. How did you decide which question the booking flow asks first?
