Built a full email segmentation system in Kit for a test prep and language learning content site with multiple distinct audiences. The challenge: every subscriber - whether a CFA Level 3 candidate two weeks from their exam or a casual Spanish learner - was landing in the same welcome sequence.

The solution was a tag-based architecture that captures who a subscriber is, what they're preparing for, and how urgently they need help - all from a single opt-in, with no surveys or extra friction. Conditional automation logic routes each subscriber into the right sequence automatically, and a behavioural email layer captures intent from link clicks alone.

Delivered 13 tags, 4 sequences, and 12 active automations across two verticals - fully QA tested, documented, and built to scale to five additional verticals without rebuilding from scratch.
