I just built an entry for @Lovable's #lovablechallenge, tackling a problem that's very common: a solo tutor with nobody to help manage their schedule. Meet "Mr Tommy IELTS", a one-man IELTS tutor based in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City.
Tommy's problem:
- Peak hours are weekday evenings 6-9pm, exactly when he's teaching and can't reply to messages
- Students cancel last minute, leaving empty slots he can't refill in time
- Parents message on Zalo at midnight asking "do you have any open slots", and a lot of these get missed
- He loses hours every week just going back and forth confirming times I used Lovable to build a web app that fixes both sides of the problem:
Student side: pick a target score, pick an open time slot (taken slots turn red instantly), fill in details, get confirmed in under a minute. No back-and-forth needed.
Owner side: a weekly grid where Tommy taps to mark himself busy, automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before each lesson, a waitlist that automatically offers a freed slot to the next person in line, and a small stat showing how many hours he's saved each week.

What I learned building this: the hardest part of being a solo tutor isn't teaching well, it's not having anyone to handle the logistics behind it. Hoping this small build points to a real way to solve that.

Here’s the pattern I kept seeing:
→ The admin answers from a personal phone. When they leave, the chat history leaves with them 📱
→ An Instagram message arrives at 9pm, gets noticed the next day, and the client has already gone to a competitor 🌙
→ Nobody knows if a client got a reply, because everyone assumes a colleague did it 🤷
Hush Inbox puts Telegram, WhatsApp, and Instagram into one shared inbox. You assign each chat to someone, leave internal notes the client never sees, and save quick replies for “how much?”, “where are you?”, and “any slots Saturday?” ⚡
It runs in the browser, so there’s nothing to install. The data sits on EU servers, and the conversations belong to the company, not to individual employees. 🇪🇺

iQube.OX brings courses, live sessions, workgroups and mentors into one place. The challenge was density. A learner needs to see progress, what’s coming up, and who can help, without feeling buried.
The dashboard answers “where am I?” first, with a monthly learning chart and course cards that show hours, lessons and a progress bar at a glance. Featured and pending workgroups, a calendar and upcoming activities sit side by side, so planning your week takes one look. The Courses page uses color coded cards and progress bars to show what’s ongoing, completed or not started, so the next step is obvious.
Upcoming Activities opens as a focused panel instead of a new page. Learners browse sessions on the left and read the full agenda, speakers, time and a “Join Now” button on the right, without losing their place.
Learning also needs people, so I designed the Workgroup space like a lightweight Slack. A slim rail on the left switches between groups. The main feed has Discussion, Resources and Tasks tabs, with role badges for mentors and advisors so learners know whose advice they’re reading. Each post supports reactions, replies, saving and pinning, and a rich text composer sits at the bottom so starting a conversation is always one tap away. The right side keeps the group’s context nearby: the project overview, the next session with a Register button, and saved messages.
I designed everything manually, from the layout grid and components to the states and spacing, which gave me full control over the details.
The course layout reads well.
