📥 I BUILT MY OWN PRODUCT - HUSH! because small businesses lose clients in their DMs :)
Here’s the pattern I kept seeing:
→ The admin answers from a personal phone. When they leave, the chat history leaves with them 📱
→ An Instagram message arrives at 9pm, gets noticed the next day, and the client has already gone to a competitor 🌙
→ Nobody knows if a client got a reply, because everyone assumes a colleague did it 🤷
Hush Inbox puts Telegram, WhatsApp, and Instagram into one shared inbox. You assign each chat to someone, leave internal notes the client never sees, and save quick replies for “how much?”, “where are you?”, and “any slots Saturday?” ⚡
It runs in the browser, so there’s nothing to install. The data sits on EU servers, and the conversations belong to the company, not to individual employees. 🇪🇺
I build products for founders, and this one comes from the same rule I give them: solve one painful, boring problem really well. 🎯
If your clients write to you in messengers, tell me where you’re losing them 👇
The internal notes the client never sees plus per-chat assignment is the part that solves the 'everyone assumes a colleague replied' problem. For the 9pm Instagram message case, do you send an automatic acknowledgement or flag the chat to whoever opens the inbox first?

13:40: a finished Figma frame. 15:48: this, live on Vercel
Claude wrote every line of the code. I spent those two hours on the part clients actually pay for: looking at each version and saying what's off
17 commits, each one deployed. My notes went in as screenshots with red circles:
→ make the button edges look like ticket cutouts
→ replay the story chips every time you scroll past them
→ spacing 156, then 92, then back to 156
What made it fast was one Figma frame called "Ready for Dev". Every size, color and gap came from there, so nobody had to guess what the mockup meant
For a founder this means a real link on day one, and a fix you ask for at lunch is live by the afternoon
