Lumen — Arizona In-Home Caregivers

Lumen started with a real problem close to home.

My brother lives in Arizona and has been involved in managing in-home caregiving operations where many parts of the process were handled manually — coordinating caregivers, clients, schedules, documents, visits, and communication.

When I saw the Bubble Free-For-All challenge, I decided to turn that real-world workflow into something better: a single operational platform for managing in-home care.

That became Lumen — Arizona In-Home Caregivers.

Lumen brings families, caregivers, and administrators into one connected platform.

For Families

Families can submit care requests and intake information, view their care schedule, receive updates, and communicate with the care team.

For Caregivers

Caregivers have their own portal where they can view assigned clients and shifts, manage required documents, check in and out of visits using GPS, and submit visit notes.

For Admins

Admins get the operational command center — reviewing caregiver applications, managing documents, onboarding clients, assigning caregivers, creating shifts, managing schedules, reviewing visit logs, and communicating with families and caregivers.

The goal was not to build another informational healthcare website. I wanted to turn a manual caregiving operation into a connected digital workflow.

I built Lumen in Bubble with role-based access, database-driven workflows, scheduling, GPS visit tracking, document management, messaging, and separate experiences for each user type.

What started as a problem my brother was managing manually became an opportunity to build something that could eventually help care agencies anywhere manage their operations more efficiently.

🧠 The Vision & Hard Work (Planning & Strategy):

Building StealthSync wasn't just about creating another visual mockup; it was about reimagining the modern social media architecture from the ground up. I spent extensive hours planning an end-to-end user journey that solves the biggest dilemmas in modern networking: invasive tracking, lack of privacy, and uncontrolled misinformation. Every interface component, color token (Dark Obsidian #1A1A2E with Neon Cyan and Hot Magenta), and database schema was planned and iterated systematically using Bubble AI and native Bubble workflows.

⚙️ How The App Works (Core User Flow):

Zero-Trace Entry & Anonymous Browsing: Users can enter the platform and toggle Ghost Mode to explore stories and media feeds anonymously without logging footprint traces.

AI Shield Content Pipeline: When users create and publish media via the Studio tab, the backend triggers an automated "AI Shield Pre-Scan" layer that inspects the content against hate speech, misinformation, and sensitive violations before it appears publicly on the feed.

Dynamic Reel Exploration: The feed features edge-to-edge interactive media cards with video speed controllers (1x / 2x), pause/play gestures, and audio saving bookmarks.

Encrypted Micro-Connections: The messaging section allows ephemeral, disappearing chats protected with instant screenshot detection shields.

Arcade Community Hub: Users can take a breather in the Arcade tab to participate in live-ranked mini-game tournaments with dynamic global leaderboards.

🔒 Total Privacy Controls: Instant toggles for Ghost Story View, Online Status cloaking, and real-time fraud reporting directly inside the Profile Vault.

🎮 Integrated Entertainment: Seamless transition between social media feeds, private DMs, and casual arcade gaming.

Built natively on Bubble.io using responsive container layouts, custom styling tokens, and dynamic multi-view states.
