Intelliflow Technologies designed and developed an ERP and CRM application that brings its commercial and operational workflows into one organised interface. The application follows the business journey: Lead → Quotation → Order → Design & Art → Production → Delivery → Invoice. Sales and customer management The CRM workspace organises customer requirements, contact information, enquiry sources, priorities, sales stages and assigned ownership. Lead records include interaction history alongside relevant requirements such as bottle size, expected quantity, delivery zone and timeline.
